Systematic geographic intelligence for federal contracting

Convergence Data Analytics LLC provides state-by-state entity intelligence for the federal government contracting sector. Our platform cross-references three public federal databases to produce comprehensive risk landscape reports covering every jurisdiction in the United States.

What we do

We build automated systems that analyze entity co-location patterns, registration density, and federal exclusion matches across all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Our platform has processed 2,684,826 SAM.gov entity registrations, identified 70,115 address clusters with 3 or more co-located entities, and cross-referenced every cluster against 167,681 federal exclusion records.

Each state intelligence report includes city-by-city density analysis, cluster size distribution, the highest-concentration addresses, detailed entity listings for exclusion-matched clusters, and a companion CSV data export covering every entity in every cluster for that state.

What we are not

We are not investigators, attorneys, or compliance consultants. We do not make accusations of fraud or wrongdoing. We do not provide legal advice, expert testimony, or investigative services. We are a data compiler — we organize publicly available federal information into systematic geographic intelligence that compliance professionals can use in their own due diligence processes.

Our reports present entity co-location patterns and exclusion matches identified through automated cross-referencing of public databases. These patterns may have legitimate explanations including normal corporate structures, shared office buildings, or standard business practices. All findings warrant standard due diligence review by qualified professionals.

Our data

Every data point in our platform comes from publicly available federal sources. We do not use classified, proprietary, or non-public data.

SAM.gov — The System for Award Management, operated by the General Services Administration. Contains 2,684,826 entity registrations (752,746 active + 1,932,080 expired) including legal names, UEIs, physical addresses, and registration dates.

USAspending.gov — The official source for federal spending data, operated by the Department of the Treasury. Contains prime award summaries covering $5.08 billion in federal contracts across all 50 states.

SAM Exclusion List — The federal government list of parties excluded from receiving federal contracts. Contains 167,681 records including entity names, UEIs, excluding agencies, and action dates.

Our approach

We sell situational awareness and risk landscapes, not targeted investigations. Every report covers an entire state — all clusters, all cities, all density patterns. Individual entities appear as part of their geographic context, not as the subject of focused research. This systematic approach provides broad coverage that compliance teams can search and filter for their specific needs.

Data sources are public federal records published by the U.S. General Services Administration and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
